🛏️Sleeping for 4 (5th on sofa bed): Two private bedrooms, each with a King bed bed along with a Roku TV, closet, and dresser in both. A full-sized sofa bed is available in the living area.
🚿Two Full Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms ensure your group has plenty of space and privacy. We provide hotel-quality bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and a hair dryer.
📺Living & Entertainment: Relax in the living room and stream your favorite shows on the 55-inch Roku HDTV. There is a TV in every room, along with free, high-speed Wi-Fi perfect for streaming.
💻Remote Work: Dedicated desk area in both bedrooms to work remotely. Free, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo suitable for video calling.
🍽️Cooking & Dining: The kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking essentials, including pots and pans, a coffee machine (K-cup & drip), tea kettle, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, toaster, dishwasher, and wine glasses. A starter set of coffee K-cups and tea bags is provided.
☀️Private Balcony: Enjoy the fresh air and a quiet moment on your own private balcony.
🏠Comforts of Home: The condo is equipped with central air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, and both bath and pool towels.
🎆Epic Universe Fireworks are about 2 miles away, enjoy the show from your private terrace. Fireworks are always subject to change or be cancelled.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
🏠Self-Service Stay: This is a self-catering condo/apartment rental. We provide a starter supply of essentials (towels, linens, toilet paper, soaps, coffee). Housekeeping is not included, and these items are not replenished during your stay.

🏨Building Condition: Please be aware that while this condo unit was refurbished in 2025, the building's common areas like hallways and entryways are older and show signs of wear. As a past guest noted, "The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are worn but as soon as you get into the condo everything is lovely. I would happily stay here again!"

🕙Check-In/Out: Checkout is 10:00 AM. Late check-out until 12:00 PM Noon may be available for a $50 fee; please message us for availability. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking the adjacent night.

👮Security: For your safety, the property has on-site nighttime security. There is also a Ring camera at the front door with a view of the exterior hallway.

🚸Child(ren) Suitability: We recommend booking a more child-friendly property if you are traveling with infants or children under the age of 5.

🧳Luggage Storage: We are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.
