Why should I book direct?

Savings!  Rental sites like Airbnb & VRBO charge high service fees (13-15%) to pay for things like marketing.  We do our own marketing so we partnered with Hospitable who only provides booking software.  Their fee is much lower, so low we actually pay it for you!  Bet you've never heard of Hospitable, right?

Can I book on Airbnb or VRBO?

Yes!  You are welcome to book through your favorite rental channel.

Why am I being asked for my ID and picture when booking? 

Just like booking on Airbnb & Hotel check-in, your identity is verified prior to your stay.  Since we do not have a front desk, your identity is verified securely online through Autohost prior to booking.

Parking/Transportation

Is parking free?

Yes - Parking is free right outside the building.  There is no limit to the number of vehicles per suite.

If I don't have a car, what is the best way to get around?

We are centrally located on I-Drive with many restaurants in walking distance.  For places farther away we recommend your favorite rideshare app.  Rides to Universal & the Convention Center are typically <$10.  Walt Disney World is typically $15-$35.  Rides to MCO airport are typically $30-$55.

Is there a park shuttle?

Unfortunately, the Enclave resort does not currently operate a park shuttle.  Using rideshare apps ultimately gives you the flexibility to get around where and when you would like.

Check-In

How will I know how to get into my suite?

You will receive check-in instructions and your door code 3 days prior to arrival.  Your door code (typically) is the last 4 digits of the phone number on the reservation.

What time is Check-In?

Standard check-in begins at 4PM.  The front desk can make your building key card at anytime, but your door code will not work until your check-in time.  If you would like to request check-in before 4PM please message us in advance.

Can I Check-In early?

We offer early check-in upon request free of charge once the room is available.  We do not guarantee early check-in but letting us know in advance is your best bet so we can coordinate with our cleaning team.

Who should I contact for assistance?

Messaging on your booking app is the fastest way to get assistance.  We also have a chat feature in the bottom right corner of this screen to help.  If your stay is ever less than perfect we have an on-site team ready to help you.  In case of emergency there is a phone number posted on the fridge inside your suite.

Check-Out

What time is Check-Out?

Standard check-out is 10AM.  We offer late checkout for a fee based on your requested time and our availability.

Do you offer late Check-Out?

Yes!  Please request in advance as availability is limited.  Pricing is below:
12PM - $50
1PM   - $75
2PM   - $100
Later  - Inquire for availability & pricing.  Booking an additional night may provide the best value giving you the most flexibility on your last day.

Can I leave my bags with you after I check-out?

Sometimes we are able to accommodate holding bags, please inquire in advance as availability is limited.  Unfortunately, we do not consistently offer bag services to hold your luggage after you depart or before your suite is ready.

Is there a long chores list before check-out?

Nope!  We ask if you used dishes/dishware to start the dishwasher with a provided dishwasher pod.  Other than that, nothing else for you to do.  Just lock the door behind you and we take care of everything.

Home Basics

Will toiletries be stocked in the bathrooms?

Each bathroom features a starter kit of travel sized soap, shampoo, condition, body wash and toilet paper.  Plush towels and a makeup towel are stocked for drying after your rainfall showers. 

Will pantry basics be stocked in the kitchen?

Are there cleaning supplies in the unit?

For longer stays and those who like to keep tidy we supply the following:

Is there an elevator?

Yes - There are 2 elevators in each building.

Is there a dedicated place to store my belongings?

Yes - Each bedroom has a closet with a shelf, hanging bar & hangers.  There is also a dresser with drawers to store items during your stay.

Will there be daily housekeeping?

The suite will be spotless when you arrive and we'll get it cleaned up when you leave.  Outside of that, cleaning items are supplied in the unit for you.  Mid-stay cleaning is available for a $100 fee, message us to schedule during your stay.

Coffee/Tea

Is there a coffee maker?

Yes - There is a dual drip coffee & k-cup machine along with a limited supply of k-cups and ground coffee to get your vacation mornings started.  There is also a Dunkin Donuts in walking distance & Starbucks <5 mins down the street.

Is there a way to make tea?

Yes - There is a multi-temp kettle along with some tea bags to get your vacation mornings started.  Guests love having their morning tea on the terrace!

Your Private Terrace

Can I host an event on the terrace?

Yes - The terrace is the perfect space to celebrate any occasion!  Fill out our contact form to request booking the space and view pricing.

Are fireworks viewable from the terrace?

Yes - Our Penthouse collection offers nightly viewing of Magic Kingdom fireworks.  Check here for showtimes.  The Suite collection sometimes has views of seasonal (typically summer) displays.  Displays are subject to change and are not guaranteed.

What is the best way to enjoy the terrace?

Our guests have enjoyed family dinners, lounged in the sun, sipped wine in the evening, and enjoyed morning tea and coffee watching the sunrise.  With gorgeous views of Orlando and tons of private space you can do just about anything!

Are there pools?

Yes - As our guest you have full access to all pools & hot tubs at the Enclave.  See all amenities available here

What are the pool hours?

Outdoor Pools & Hot Tubs: 9AM - Dusk
Indoor Pool & Hot Tub: 9AM - 10PM

Are the pools open year round?

Yes - Pools are open 365 days a year

Are the pools heated?

Hot tubs are heated - Swimming pools are not
