"What a view! This freshly renovated space feels like it is brand new. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with quality products and everything you may need. The linings and towels are very high quality and makes you feel like you are in a 5 star resort. Did I mention the view from your own private balcony. You are close to tons of restaurants and fast food places including the worlds largest McDonalds. This is SO much better than being stuck in a hotel. The host was incredibility responsive with my questions (no issues, just questions)."

"Wow! What an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, we knew this was going to be a special stay. The apartment was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed with every possible amenity you could imagine.The kitchen was well equipped with everything from a coffee machine to high-quality cookware, making us feel right at home. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable, featuring plush pillows, soft blankets, and bedside has USB/C charging. I was particularly impressed by the blackout shades that ensured a perfect night’s sleep. Bathroom had amazing plush towels.The host went above and beyond with unexpected touches like a sunglasses, wine, water and suggestions for restaurants. High-speed WiFi, a smart TV with streaming services, made our stay both comfortable and convenient. The little details were so nice!"

"We spent a week at Kyle’s Terrace on Ten Aqua, and it was simply incredible! The condo was absolutely immaculate and very well-appointed! The terrace exceeded my expectations! It was huge - and had an incredible view! Although there’s lot to do in the area (including Universal just minutes away), we spent most of our time relaxing on the terrace.
My husband attended a conference at the convention center, and it was very convenient to it and other restaurants. Kyle was an awesome host - very proactive in his communication and responsive when I reached out. I highly recommend this location!"
