"We loved it here! The rooms were so bright, fresh and comfortable. The private terrace was spectacular and has a beautiful water view. Everything we needed was there - plus extras! The two headed rain shower is amazing. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. It was very clean. Extra touches like a bottle of wine, fun sunglasses and very soft and fluffy towels made it special. Appreciated the laundry facilities in the building. The building itself is not great. Carpets in hall are dirty and worn but as soon as you get in the suite everything is lovely. Kyle was the perfect host! He responded to all inquiries very quickly and was helpful and friendly. I would happily stay here again!"

"Stop your searching! You have found your home away from home for your vacation. Centrally located and what a view! Every amenity you could need, why stay at an expensive hotel? This was like coming home every night. Every time I had a question, he was very responsive and never made me feel like I was bothering him. The space on the terrace is beautiful and very quiet. "We had an amazing stay! Kyle’s place is so close to Universal Studios, only took a few minutes to get there which was super helpful. The condo was squeaky clean and the decor is very tasteful. We loved the bathroom mirror lighting, that’s a great touch! The balcony is really fun and is much bigger than even the photos portray. Getting in was very easy and seamless. Kyle is quick to respond to messages. We appreciated the attention to detail and all of the efforts made to enhance our stay. We will be back!!!!!"
